The washing machine is fitted but needs a hose clamp popped on. We also need a tap fitted to the water tank in our backyard.

My shower is running strangely - it runs from gas but I can’t mix the hot and cold taps. Just turns cold. Pressure is also bad. Just moved into this place in December and it’s built in 1865 so it’s old.
