My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.

Shower pressure is very low - it’s been fine until a few days ago. It would seem hot water also takes longer. Water, taps and everything else in the unit are fine - just pressure in the shower is the problem. Would like to try get it checked fixed as soon as possible. Thank you :-)

All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.
