1. Shower head holder needs a grub screw to stop it falling. 2. Toilet seat slips, so either need replacement or securement. (I will not buy replacement in advance, so if this is required, it can be an additional cost). 3. I am wanting a plumber to attach 2 pipe traps to my kitchen sink.

I need to have a blocked drain fixed from my kitchens double sink. I’ve accidentally got some wax down it when cleaning some equipment

I have a crack in my sink with a small hole in it which is leaking just slightly down the bottom of the sink. Need to have this repaired or as covered as possible as I’m moving out from my unit. I also have the attached tools not sure if they can be of use.
