I need to have the cold tap moved to the left, closer to the other tap to make room for a dishwasher (tap on the right needs to be moved left). Either with a 90° bend and moved left, or cap that copper hose out of the concrete , and a seperate cold line run from the adjacent cuoboard.

I have one of those basic laundry tubs in my outdoor laundry. I need to replace it with a smaller one. I don’t think any of the plumbing needs to be moved. I’m looking for an experienced plumber or bathroom professional to assess and improve the finish around an existing toilet. A new toilet was installed a few months ago due to a leak. I was advised by the plumber that a new toilet was needed and what toilet to get. He has secured the toilet to the wall using a large amount of silicone, which now looks more like a patch-up than a properly finished installation. While the toilet is currently functional, the appearance is messy and not what I was hoping for from a new installation. I had hoped this would be a small upgrade that improved the look of my bathroom, but at the moment it’s disappointing to see every day.

I have a kitchen sink to replace the current one. I’ve been told that the hole doesn’t need to be cut differently to fit the sink by a builder, it’s a swap of the current with the new one. New one is a granite composite sink that needs a hole drilled (35mm diameter) and I have a new tap to put in
