Sink in bathroom has chip and resulting hairline cracks that need repairing

Our toilet cistern needs repair. The water level is dropping slowly on its own, then triggered by the low level, fills up again. It’s happening pretty regularly. I suspect that the seal at the base outlet has failed.

I have two sprinkler solenoids that need replacement as they are either leaking or faulty. Both have screw tops and bottoms on the pipes. Also have one sprinkler head in the lawn that has been knocked off the hose. Needs to be replaced back into the lawn (and levelled with the lawn to prevent issue again). Other than that, just a general look over the sprinkler heads to ensure all is in order.

We have an insinkerator model 55+ installed which has broken. We have purchased an insinkerator model 56 and we need you to replace the old unit with the new. As you will see from the specs included with the photos the water outlet hole is 152 mm from the sink in the old unit and 168 mm on the new unit which I imagine means some modification to the sink outlet drain pipe assembly, also pictured.
