Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to inspect the plumbing in two first-floor bathrooms. Both bathrooms recently had water leakage, and we’ve discovered that no waterproofing was done by the builder. We are currently getting waterproofing done by a tiler, and before proceeding further, we need a plumber to: • Check if there are any leaking or damaged pipes in both bathrooms • Pressure test / inspect pipes if required • Identify any plumbing issues that may have caused the leakage • Unblock a bathroom sink (currently blocked) This is mainly an inspection and diagnosis job, with advice on repairs needed (if any). Please bring your own tools. Looking for someone experienced and reliable, preferably with plumbing license and insurance. Thanks!

My upstairs shower is leaking and needs to be rewaterproofed and retiled Water is dripping down the side of the trap

Install and connect gas cooktop. Hole in bench is already cut. Gas connection from adjacent cabinet. Was previously connected to a combined oven/cooktop in same location. See pics attached.

I have a down pipe that has clogged up causing an overflow of water near the connection into the drain near the base of my house.

I would like a new outdoor tap installed on the opposite side of the house/backyard. Current backyard tap is located within pool fencing so inconvenient to use. Looking to see if it’s possible to build a second one and costs to do so Photos is of existing tap, and shows preferred location of additional new tap on the opposite side of the house (roughly 10-12m) The new tap needs to work independently of the existing one

We've just moved into a new home and we've noticed the laundry trough is filling with water as the washing machine is cycling. Also noticed the shower has a little water back flow when releasing the plug in the bathroom. I suspect some outside drainage issues. An initial inspection may be required - prefer local ( Altona meadows) Today or sometime next week is fine. Thank you
