I need a kitchen sink mixer swapped over. I am supplying the new sink mixer.

The cabinet doors aren’t aligned (one door is higher than the other about 20mm, left door doesn’t close flush to shelves). Whoever installed it has drilled multiple sets of holes for the hinges so unsure if they can be adjusted again or not.

Handle to hold shower, came off the tiles. Can’t hold the shower weight. There is lot of rust behind that screw which holds the metal part. Might need to re-drill it. Bathroom lock still not work may need some lubricant to get it working
