Find an experienced handyman in St Kilda East

I have two NOBO wall mounted heaters that I need mounted to masonry walls in two bedrooms. It will require a hammer drill due to how hard the walls are and a stud finder to detect any wires. I will be removing this wood fire place and need the hole left in the flat metal roof from the exhaust pipe sealed and made waterproof. Roof is on 1st storey.

Shelf 1: 140cm - will require 4 brackets - to be attached over tiled splashback Shelf 2: 70cm - will require 2 brackets - to be attached above tiled section straight into wall. Am flexible with timing but could do weekends or Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays.

Supply plaster and fix damage to manhole in ceiling - sand and re-paint with paint supplied by us. Unfortunately a sparky stepped on the supporting beam whilst up in the roof and it moved. The wooden beam is not loose but will need to be aligned and manhole just needs to be repaired. Will require a receipt to pass on the the electrician who caused the damage.

Remove and dispose of the underfloor ducted heating piping (soft 30cm width pipes) from an old California bungalow style house (double-brick, timber-floor on stumps) in St Kilda East. Off street parking including space for a large van or ute is provided. 11 vents and the access door is 74cm wide and 50cm tall. 1. Provide duct tape 2. Remove old heating pipes from crawl space 2. Tape up 11 vents from the underside with duct tape 3. Dispose of heating pipes
