Hire a trusted wall mounting service in St Kilda East

We’ve recently moved apartments and have unfortunately had some difficulty connecting our washing machine to the water tap. We’ve been advised that seal tape is required and have purchased this from Bunnings (please see attached photo). The cold water tap is now connected, but there appears to be a leak, so we’d appreciate some assistance resolving this. We also need help hanging three medium-sized picture frames on the wall. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hand picture frame on dry wall. Bring your own tools. 120x120 cm 5.5kg

Hi there, we've just moved into an apartment and need a hand with hanging picture frames. Our interior walls are rendered brick (solid brick with what looks like to be some kind of plaster/concrete over it - photo included but probably a bit hard to tell) and I don't have the gear to drill into them. We're wanting to hang 10 pictures in different places around the apartment, with the heaviest of these weighing close to 8kg, so the fixtures need to be able to support this type of weight. The picture frames are a mix of wire and sawtooth hangers as shown in the photos. In terms of timing, hoping to have this done between approximately 11am - 5pm on either Saturday or Sunday (26 or 27 September). Happy to negotiate with someone who knows what they're doing and is able to provide all parts/fixtures required for the job.
