I have two mirrors already cut to size. However if you can trim them down, and glue/silicone them to a window that is what I need. These mirrors have come off the existing glass and had the windows replaced, so I want the mirrors put back on. - Due date: Flexible

Also to prevent and replace two to three internal floorboards (can be done seperate if needed) and repaint window frame and external bits where rendering has occurred. An existing lightweight aluminium screen (approx 2.5m x 1.2m) needs to be removed, the mounts moved and refitted. Existing hardware can probably be reused, but the mounts will move from the aluminium window frame to brick (left hand side) and rendered cement sheet (right hand side) facade. Screen position will be the same, only change is where the mounts are fixed. After de-mounting the screen, the existing horizontal aluminium mounts that are attached to the window frames that the screen is bolted to (x4), can be removed, reduced in length, and re-fixed to the face brick (left hand side)and stud wall (right hand side) either side of the window. The screen is then to be remounted to these aluminium mounts. Small spacers (eg washers) may be required. The screen is on a second story balcony window, therefore no problem with height or access. - Due date: Flexible

The frame of the window is broken and needs to repair. The window frame is wood material and needs to be painted the same colour as the original after repair.

Have 3 windows where the weight sash has torn, the weight has fallen and the window won’t stay open. Old windows, can’t see the weight as it’s internal

Job is located in St Kilda East. Need this job completed by the end of this week for a new splashback to go into the new kitchen. I took off the old architrave to the existing kitchen window as it was too big. I’d like to replace it with a 42x11 beveled edge PINE architrave to the existing window. The surrounding plaster is direct stuck to double brick walls. We’ll need to patch or replace a small section of plaster to ensure it’s a neat finish. There is also a small amount of plaster sheet joins that also need filling and stopping up.

Hi there, I need help! I need someone to come out and measure two windows as both my portable air conditioner window kits do not fit length wise. Ideally I would like two bits of wood that I could take on and off during the time of the year. This would require the exhaust hose to be cut out to click into and also some wood for the sides of the windows as mine are wind out windows. I would need the wood to be purchased and any other materials required Thanks, Jen

Our kitchen window sill on the outside of our apartment has some rot that needs fixing. Can this be sanded back and filled or is a replacement required? A quote on either option would be good.
