Find an experienced handyman in Prahran

I just moved into my apartment and am needing the old toilet seat removed from my toilet and the new one put on. I also need some pictures hung up, a door put on my buffet and the door to my fridge taken off and removed.

Bathroom ceiling fan has stopped working - qualified tradesperson to inspect and repair. I have a replacement until - Blauberg inline mixed flow fan. Please reach out with any questions. Open to what time suits you - can provide onsite parking

Door repairing job. Side of the door frame and lock has come out due to the door being pushed in. All the damage is visible in the photos attached.

Timber window frame has been damage led over time by water and needs to be replaced. Frame 1800x1060mm (see attached picture).

Door frame needs to be fixed.

Need a sparky (or someone who know what they’re doing) to help repair some path lights outside, fit some bulbs which will require a tall ladder, and fix some dimmers which don’t seem to be working properly (I don’t think it’s the globes)

On Wednesday, 23rd April, I need a plumber to remove these sink taps before 1pm. A glass panel will be installed in that spot between 1pm-4pm. The taps will need to be reinstalled at 4pm. See photo attached.

I have changed the water filter cartridges under my sink. Now the output pipe that takes water out from cartridge to tap is leaking, but not at the cartridge level but up high where the pipe goes into the bench top to feed the tap.

Need someone to help me affix an ikea Norberg table to a plaster wall

I have a few odd repair jobs around the apartment that have been putting off, including: - Repair damage/hole in pine floorboard - Replace missing piece of skirting - Repair/replace split skirting - Reattach coat hooks All pretty small jobs, but collectively hopefully enough for a handyman/carpenter to be interested in completing. I need a handyman or carpenter who can attend the site and can fix the door .The door is dropping the alignment and problem to shut down properly.

The kitchen cupboard / drawer opens by running along metal tracks. The drawer used to glide very smoothly on the tracks but it is now very hard to open and close and does not completely close. It has become very sticky because of the metal tracks it runs along. Depending on your assessment, the metal tracks either need to be throughly cleaned and lubricated or completely replaced. You need to determine how to get the drawer opening and closing smoothly again and undertake whatever action necessary.
