Need assistance in installing a new door (already purchased with hinges )into the back of my home in kitchen.

Decorative cornice to be cut and hung. 6 lineal mts - 5 cuts. Materials are already onsite. Must have experience with decorative cornice as this is completing most visible wall in house.

I have 2 manual external shutters, one shutter has no ribbon/rope in the pulley. The other the ribbon/rope hanging by a thread. Both have manual wind up handles which work inside house on the walls next to the windows.

The blind on my rear bifold doors needs a new cord. It is hanging in by about 2 cords that are still attached, all the rest have broken. I suspect this requires someone who has experience in this task, not a general handyman.
