I need to have a bike rack bolted onto my parking space wall. Wall & bike rack provided by me. Everything else (concrete wall bolts, drill, etc) needs to be provided by tasker. Please see photos below of the bike rack with close up photo of the bolt holes (for sizing) and the wall were its going into. Also below is a photo of what the bike rack looks like when up on the wall.

I need someone to look at two old canvas retractable awnings outside an apartment and advise if they can be rescued. One is rusted shut but it may be fixable as it's a recent development. Because it's a rental property I need to notify the tenants before anyone goes there. Strong preference for fixing as the body corporate will make replacement difficult, and the quotes I have on replacement are sky-high. Fee is for attending, detailed report and measuring the size of the awning so I can work out if the replacement costs are fair. I can't go in person atm. You don't need to go into the apartment but you'll need a hook of some kind to pull the awnings down. If you think you can fix it you can quote direct to me, or advise extra fee while on site. I do have an agent managing the property but they are not being much help in this case. Job can be done any time between 8am-6pm by arrangement, but ideally between 8-11 am as that's when I'm most available on the phone.

I need two queen bed frames put together. One is light and easy, the other is hardwood and requires a drill. I would also like a TV (37inch, light weight) mounted. I have bought the TV mount already (as pictured). The wall is concrete, so you will need an appropriate tool to drill into concrete.

Come to site. Set up saw horses etc. cut down door 15mm at bottom. Rehang door (just screw in the hinges). With the right tools it’s 30 minutes work. Don’t need it painted. Plenty of space for you to set up in the back yard. I can help hang, I just don’t have stands or a saw I trust. - Due date: Before Monday, 5 February 2024
