Find an experienced handyman in North East Melbourne

I want to hang an outdoor decor piece on a brick wall. The piece is fairly light but I don’t have a hammer drill. I need someone to drill into the brick and add a hook of some kind to hand this. See attached photos of the clock and the wall.

Hi! The metal letter slot/opening on my brick letterbox has come loose and just needs to be re-secured with mortar. Only the opening/slot itself needs fixing the rest of the brick letterbox is solid and in good condition. Not looking to replace anything or rebuild the box, just a tidy refit.
