I need to install a standard cat flap though a lounge room window (glass). Looking for someone who can source the cat flap (one with a lock but doesn't need any other fancy features) and can install it to the window.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to: • Install security cameras around my house (mounting and securing properly) • Drill into the wall and hang one mirror securely You will need to bring your own tools (including drill, wall plugs, screws, ladder if required). I’d prefer someone with experience installing security cameras and ensuring neat, secure mounting.

Fixing and painting the wall

Our shed gate doors are misaligned, we would like to get a quote for realignment, or maybe replacing them and possibly finding a solution to lock from both sides so that I can take my car out and in without too much hastle. Side entry door needs some attention as well. The shed itself is pretty old. Would like to discuss options, limitations, rough cost for each option before carrying out any work. Door needs to be adjusted so the bottom doesn’t scrap the floor. (Hinges are loose) also add new hydraulic leaver at the top of the door so it closes properly on its own. Handyman to provide the hydraulic leaver and parts etc

I currently have a roof leak which has created two small holes in my plaster board. I'm looking to get the leak/s fixed and plaster board repaired.

Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.

My garage ceiling is dropping/sagging. Whilst the garage door is old, it wont open all the way. Will replace door in future. Licenced/qualified plasterer required to fix ceiling.

My Front door made of thin plywood was kicked, it didn’t go through. So no hole but there’s 2 sort of like big raised cracks about 30cm long now, I just want them filled in and painted to match the door for a real estate inspection on Friday. (Doesn’t need to be A++ job but just fill in the cracks and a coat of paint. It’s like a shade of eggshell, sort of yellowy on an old front door. Even if you can Just match the patch already on the door to the left of the cracked area and I could possibly paint it myself. Thanks. Hi! The metal letter slot/opening on my brick letterbox has come loose and just needs to be re-secured with mortar. Only the opening/slot itself needs fixing the rest of the brick letterbox is solid and in good condition. Not looking to replace anything or rebuild the box, just a tidy refit.
