We need a handyman who can assist with the following four tasks: - install a new kitchen mixer tap (it is a warranty replacement); no plumbing required and the plumbing has taps which can be switched off for installation. - the screws holding the Hydraulic Door Closer for our screen door have popped out of the door frame and won’t hold. We need someone who can reposition and install in such a way that they will hold. - we have two indoor door locks (four years old) that need adjusting so that they are straight and the locking pin can fit in. - we need a base for a security camera (eufy) drilled into brick outside. We have some IKEA wall shelves that we need help assembling and installing. We attempted to do this ourselves but we’re thinking maybe the studs may be metal or even brick because we’re having trouble getting screws to even screw into the wall itself. The shelves themselves are quite heavy so we don’t want to drill them into the plasterboard because we don’t think it’ll hold the weight.
