Hello I have a Bosch washer and dryer and need help taking it upstairs. I live on 27th floor but the apartment is a duplex 2 level apartment and the bathroom with the washer connections is upstairs. There's a 90 degree angle at the top. My partner and I don't have the strength/equipment to do this. Can anyone help please? Once up there we should be able to connect it ourselves but if you are experienced in that let us know how much extra it would be to help connect too. I can take measurements tonight. Obviously I will clear the space in advance. It goes without saying that I don't want to damage the walls or carpet (or people!) in the process of moving the washing machine! My building has guest parking which I can book so that you can park your vehicle if you are coming by car. My partner and I will be around and can help but might not be super helpful! Want to see if the door can been easily fixed , the top screw has sinced loosened and may have caused the whole door to be jammed before this happened. Ideally someone with experience with fixing this kind of door.

Few minor dents on the wall

Remove 7 screws from a masonry wall. The screws are part of a TV hanging system. A power drill required to unfasten the screws and wall bracket.

In order to fix a leak, a section of drywall was needed to be removed below the Air Conditioning unit so this cut out needs to be repaired. Section is approx 30cm x 40cm and I have kept the original plaster pieces if needed. Area needs to repaired/sanded/etc ready for repainting. Location is CBD near Southern Cross Station but parking is available on site if you have a small van or similar
