Posting it again as task expired but not possible to complete while we have all the rain. I have a chipped corner in outside cement sheeting which causes water leaks inside. I applied flashing and silicone but it didn't help. I spoke to a builder who suggests this cement sheet corner needs to be replaced and all the waterproofing applied. I need a skilled carpenter. As this is right on the corner it proves to be a tricky job and I'm prepared to pay extra.

We need a handrail fitted to the staircase above our garage. Supply a wooden handrail, fittings and install. I will provide a photo of the stair case. It will be fitted to the plaster wall. The length of handrail needs to be 1200mm in length. It will be used for my dad to steady himself when going/up down the stairs to his room. It does not have to match what we have now. Just be SAFE
