Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to replace my bedroom door in my rental property. I am keeping the original door intact to swap back later, so this job requires fitting a completely new door and installing a cat door in it. Scope of work: 1. Hang and fit a new solid-core door/handle from Bunnings or elsewhere. 2. Install a basic cat door/flap into the bottom of the new door. I can have the materials (door, catflap, other hardware you need) delivered beforehand or you can pick them up as part of the job (costs covered of course). Happy to discuss the easiest way once the job is confirmed. Please let me know your experience with door hanging. Flexible with days/times! ~$300 to $400 depending if pick-up included or not.
