Find an experienced handyman in Kensington VIC

Hi there - I need some help installing a set of IKEA curtains in my bedroom. We previously tried to install them with limited success - one side of the bedroom appears to just be plasterboard, so there wasn’t much to attach the bracket to (so unfortunately they just fell down). If anyone has a creative solution to install the curtain rod, I would be very appreciative

I need curtain hooks installed as there is none on the wall but not sure if it’s possible. Also need it done in 2 bedrooms but I think there is a space for it Send offers

Consistent leak under sink, just started a few days ago (not just when dishwasher is running). Need to diagnose properly, but seems like the hose connection t the dishwasher.

Fix garage motor - garage hit something on the way down and then buggered up the motor system

Looking for an experienced tradie to fix our two door issues in our rental apartment: Front door: The apartment door consistently difficult to open, requiring significant effort to pull it open. The sticking occurs along the handle side of the door frame. Back balcony door: door handle shifts and makes it at times difficult to shut the door as the locks don’t align well. Needs to be tighter or the like.

Attempted to patch a hole in the wall but it’s not smooth and painted a non matching wall colour so just looking for someone to rectify. Ceiling fixture was changed recently and there were holes all around and tried to patch but uneven too so need to rectify and wrong colour painted on. If can show me how to do properly again for future would be nice too

Needing to have some patches drywalled after removing this tile (which I’ll be doing myself). Ideally Sunday 3 May or the morning of Monday 4 May.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace an existing ceiling fan with a new one. This is a like-for-like swap. The old fan is currently installed (unsure if working) and I’m replacing it with the new red fan — see photos. Scope: • Remove and dispose of old ceiling fan • Install new fan in the same location • Connect to existing wiring - don’t worry about testing it I’ll be able to do the rest. Details: • ceiling height: approx 3m - 3.4m • Easy access to the job • New fan already on-site • No new wiring required — just connecting the existing wires to the new fan Looking for someone experienced who can do it neatly and safely. I need someone who can fix my wall.

Permanent fixtures needed to hang some quite heavy and large art pieces. Some not so heavy or large. But I want to be able to move the pieces when needed, so all need to be able to hold the heavier ones. 5 x inside pictures 1 x inside key hanger 2 x outside on the deck - would need a drill/screw that could go into brick (see picture) You would provide everything needed i.e. the drill, the right type of screws to make permanent fixtures in the walls etc. A level etc. After work Monday to Friday or early on a weekend day. No rush, but want the job done properly :)
