Find an experienced handyman in Kensington VIC

I'm looking for someone to help install an attic ladder. I'm replacing a manual operated ladder to a motorised one. Require someone to assist, may need to move a couple of joists, tiny amount of gyprock and yellow tongue $600. Carpenter, builder or experienced handyman.

We want a fly screen/security door installed at our front entrance. You’d need to source the door and install it for us. It appears that there was a door there previously (see photos), so there are already spaces for 2 hinges and the door latch. Maybe a door could be matched?
