Interior walls are painted raw brick. I want them rendered and then skimmed so that they have a smooth finish roughly equal in depth to the existing coving, to allow new coving to be installed over. The room is 4m x 2.8m x 2.7m. The large white storage cupboard will be removed. Walls finished to a high quality and all rubbish removed from site (not including the cupboard that I will remove) and site cleaned up. As this is an internal room precautions taken to avoid dust and plaster getting into other rooms

Handyman needed to hang mirror, coat rack and a few paintings on walls. Looking for someone experienced as mirror is framed and very heavy needing it to be mounted on the studs etc.

The back of our house is double story floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. Water is pooling on external door frame and leaking through joinery leading to water inside and damage to paint and internal door frames.

I am keeping the original door intact to swap back later, so this job requires fitting a completely new door and installing a cat door in it. Scope of work: 1. Hang and fit a new solid-core door/handle from Bunnings or elsewhere. 2. Install a basic cat door/flap into the bottom of the new door. I can have the materials (door, catflap, other hardware you need) delivered beforehand or you can pick them up as part of the job (costs covered of course). Hi, I need someone who is familiar with hydraulic door closers to come and fix ours. The person who fitted it didn’t do a great job and it has come loose. They did say it was a tricky install initially and now it was come loose.

Brackets need to be moved to ceiling studs - Repair toilet seat to accessible toilet, fixings are regularly becoming loose and seat comes off. Hi there - I need some help installing a set of IKEA curtains in my bedroom. We previously tried to install them with limited success - one side of the bedroom appears to just be plasterboard, so there wasn’t much to attach the bracket to (so unfortunately they just fell down). If anyone has a creative solution to install the curtain rod, I would be very appreciative

Looking for an experienced tradie to fix our two door issues in our rental apartment: Front door: The apartment door consistently difficult to open, requiring significant effort to pull it open. The sticking occurs along the handle side of the door frame. Back balcony door: door handle shifts and makes it at times difficult to shut the door as the locks don’t align well. Needs to be tighter or the like.

Needing to have some patches drywalled after removing this tile (which I’ll be doing myself). Ideally Sunday 3 May or the morning of Monday 4 May.
