Replacing few deck boards and repairing them

Looking for a professional to carefully remove a solid wooden clothes hanger fixture from my wall, damage to the wall is fine just needs to be unscrewed. Please bring tools and ensure clean removal. Will also need this picked up and then delivered to Hampton East.

Install sliding insert pet door. Not looking to have security parts drilled in. Just trying to get it to fit securely into the tracks.. right now it’s very wobbly.
