Ensure the work complies with apartment building regulations (no structural modifications). Note: The apartment is fully tenanted, so work needs to be clean, quiet and completed within 1-2 days. All tools and materials (studs, plasterboard, door, fixings) to be included in your quote. Gyprocker to base coat and top coat existing ceiling water damage

We had an issue with our air conditioner, and a section of the ceiling had to be cut ( two holes around 20*30CM) to allow access. Now the ceiling needs to be repaired. There are two areas that require fixing. Additionally, the current ceiling grid is quite large, and we would prefer to replace it with a smaller one. The technician also recommended installing a square access panel next to the air conditioning grille to make future maintenance easier.

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.

Also, moving a power point to behind the tv (see pictures). It's a single story apartment on level 4 of 6. Walls are gyprock with metal studs.

The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. Popping the roller blind back into place. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and heavy-duty drywall anchors (SnapToggles preferred). I have photos of the damage attached. Located in Rosebery. I need to fit a double power point to the wall of the lounge room, I have removed the skirting board so all you will need to do is drill through the masonry wall and connect to the wiring shown in the photo on the exterior side of the wall, I will supply the power point and connectors.

Small dividing wall in office needs end finishing, plastering holes, sanding and paint to nice finish . All is 4 m x 3.5m and it’s both sides and the end needs tidying up, as the guy who built the wall didn’t finish job properly - see pics
