We have an approximately 50m² external rendered wall. There are no visible external cracks, but we are getting internal moisture in one bedroom after heavy rain, with bubbling paint. We are looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose the source of water ingress (render permeability, sealing, flashing, or other causes) and then recommend and complete proper repairs (not just cosmetic patching or repainting). Experience with external render systems, moisture ingress, or building envelope issues is preferred. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing moisture ingress in rendered double brick walls.

TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. I have an awning on a small balcony on the sixth (and top) floor. The awning extends over the water. The canvas is badly torn, but the folded arm mechanism is fine. The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. I need to fit a double power point to the wall of the lounge room, I have removed the skirting board so all you will need to do is drill through the masonry wall and connect to the wiring shown in the photo on the exterior side of the wall, I will supply the power point and connectors.

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.
