Leaks: Repairing a leaking front gutter and fixing a leak in the study ceiling. 2. Electrical: Replacing spotlight fittings in the bathroom (may need complete fixture replacements) and replacing one spotlight in the family room. Note: The family room has high ceilings, so a tall ladder/proper reach equipment is required. 3. Painting: Prep, clean, and repaint the section of wall above the tiles in the bathroom. Requirements: Must be certified/licensed for electrical/roofing work. Please bring your own tools, including a tall ladder for high ceilings, and painting supplies. Requirements: Cut back, install a new piece of gyprock, plaster, and sand it back to a smooth, paint-ready finish (Base coat + Top coat). We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Budget is indicative for inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Happy to discuss a revised quote once the source of the leak is found.

Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
