I’m looking for someone to render a small interior kitchen splash back measuring approximately 3.5 metres long and 600mm high. See pic the condition of the wall now.

Half the height of 3 walls in a bedroom has been rerendered due to rising damp remediation. It needs a super thin coat of plaster to even it out. There is also two little spots in the hallway that need to be plastered as well.

One of the underside panels of the awning above my shopfront has come loose and is hanging slightly. I need someone to inspect and reattach it, or remove and refit it if needed. Looking for someone experienced with awnings, exterior panel work, or general building repairs. The frame appears intact — this looks like a surface panel that has come loose from its fixings. Gyprocker to base and top coat two walls. 1st wall 4m long x 3.2 high. Wall will have a door in center 2nd wall 2m long x3.2 high Base coat and top coat on site No sanding Must be done on Friday.

Cut hole in gyprock, install metal reciprocal in wall to hold Samsung one connect box behind Samsung Frame Tv. Connect Samsung frame one connect box to tv and ensure it works.

Cut out the current gyprock/plasterboard around the shower head approx 40 cm2, check there is no leak in the water lines that feed to the shower head, replace with a new piece of white gyprock (you will need to supply) that is water resistant/rated to use in bathroom, and replace the shower head (I have already purchased the new shower head, see photos).

(Budget is just for you to come and quote, feel free to supply a quote for whole job but it’s probably best to see the space first) We are looking for handy-person with gyprock experience to assist us with finishing a renovation project in the coming weeks. We’re looking for someone to gyprock a stud wall, including cornices to ceiling. The wall (non load bearing) is approximately 11m in length, running the length/in front of an existing double brick wall (to conceal cabling/plumbing and create a flat surface). Other things to note: Dates of work: Due to the opening hours of our business, the work will need to be completed between Saturday evening-Tuesday mid-morning at some point over the coming weeks (so ideally, Sat night/Sun/Mon). You will have two trade assistants on site (if needed) or we can stay out of your way and work on other parts of the project. Access to the site is easy, its level 1 rear via a large industrial loading stairway (no bends), with a car park directly behind the building
