The job includes: * Removing all damaged plasterboard. * Installing new plasterboard with proper backing/support if required. * Taping and setting the joints. * Sanding the repaired area smooth. * Priming and painting to match the existing wall. * Blending the repair so there are no visible patches, uneven texture, or colour differences. I need an urgent, high-quality plaster repair and a full wall painted at my property in Saint Peters before my end-of-lease inspection next Tuesday. The repair must be completely seamless and so I can get my bond back. The job consists of: Re-securing: A 2-meter stretch along the top of the plasterboard has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. Plaster Repair: There is a cracked/broken section fitting within a 150mm x 200mm area. This will need a proper backing block, new gyprock patch, taping, mudding, and sanding perfectly flush. I have a few areas which need to be rendered and white set plaster applied inside my house. There are two areas around door frames, front door and back door, and one area next to some newly installed joinery.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
