Looking for someone to complete some minor maintenance work in our sauna: Lightly sand sauna benches and timber surfaces using 120–180 grit sandpaper. Wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth afterwards to remove all sanding dust. Adjust 2 x sauna door closers so the doors close at the correct speed and operate smoothly. Check the door frames/closers and make any minor adjustments required. Requirements: Experience with basic timber maintenance and door closer adjustments. Must bring your own tools and sandpaper. Work must be completed neatly with all dust/debris cleaned up afterwards.

We have had renovations done in our backyard. Tearing off old furniture and fixtures has left marks plus some new chases cables. Rather than patch each one we want to render two walls that approx 4m long and 2m high. Plus a small end wall with additional cable chased.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference).
