We are moving out of our rental property and need to patch, sand and paint 28 picture hanging holes and repair 1 broken tile on patio (have replacement tile) Tasks Remove any remaining wall plugs or anchor hardware. Fill and patch 28 small holes (from picture hanging nails/screws across 5 rooms. Sand the patches perfectly smooth and flush with the Gyprock. Apply touch-up paint so the patches blend in seamlessly for the final bond inspection. Materials & Paint:Filler/Tools: Handyman to please supply the rapid spackle (like Spakfilla), sandpaper, and tools. Paint:I already have the exact matching paint tin/sample pot ready to go

Hi, I need a licensed electrician to add 5 extra power points in my apartment. I’ve attached a floor plan: existing power points are marked in blue, and the spots where I’d like new ones added are marked in red, if possible. They’re in a few different rooms, including bathrooms. There are existing power points close to most of the new locations, so I’m hoping it may be possible to connect from those, but you’d need to inspect and confirm. Most of the walls are probably plasterboard, but the bathrooms have tiled walls, so I’m looking for the neatest possible approach. The work needs to be done cleanly, with no damage to the walls or bathroom tiles if possible. I’m looking for a quote and advice on the best way to do this. Please include your NSW electrical licence number in your offer and confirm that you can provide a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) after completion.

We have 2 built in robes (one in each bedroom) and are looking to have the interior fitted out with more functional storage (hanging rails/shelves etc). Looking for quotes to remove the current shelving and replace with a new fit out that we can discuss.

We had a split system air conditioner removed, and the approximately 8cm diameter hole has to be rendered. The air con was in the upstairs bedroom so the opening is one floor up and needs a tall ladder to reach. Thank you!

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

There is already an internal powerpoint located directly on the inside wall, which is connected to the existing AC circuit, so I believe the new outlet can likely be run from there. Job should include: Supply and installation of outdoor weatherproof powerpoint Safe connection to existing circuit Testing and compliance The job appears relatively straightforward with easy access and should take approximately 1–2 hours. Gyprocker to base coat and top coat existing ceiling water damage

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.

Splitting and moving a 3 way light switch from behind a bedroom door to 1 switch to the correct side of the bedroom door, and 2 switches to outside the room (see pictures). Also, moving a power point to behind the tv (see pictures). It's a single story apartment on level 4 of 6. Walls are gyprock with metal studs.
