Make a Gyprock bulk head above kitchenette cabinets

Looking for an experienced renderer / texture-coating specialist to repair and blend several small patch areas on exterior rendered walls at my home in Botany. The drill holes have been filled and I had the paint colour ‘professionally matched’, however the repairs remain visible because the paint & texture didn’t match the existing rendered finish. I also have a physical piece/sample of the original textured coating available to help identify and match the finish. The job is to: * Prepare/feather the areas as required. * Match the existing fine rendered/acrylic texture. * Blend the repaired areas into the surrounding wall so it doesn’t look any different. * Touch up the repaired areas as required I am not looking to re-render or repaint the entire walls — the aim is simply to make the individual patches blend as closely as possible with the existing finish. There are approximately 15-20 small patches across the exterior wall where small holes have been drilled previously. Photos attached. Looking for someone experienced with wall mounting to complete two small jobs: 1. Secure/hinge a large leaning floor mirror to the wall The mirror is currently leaning against the wall and needs to be safely secured at the top so it cannot fall or tip over. I’d like it to keep its slightly leaning position rather than be mounted completely flat against the wall. The wall appears to be drywall/plasterboard with metal studs. I previously attempted to install the mirror fixing and encountered metal behind the plasterboard, so I’d prefer someone experienced with this type of wall who can determine the correct mounting point and fixings. 2. Wall mount a Dyson cordless vacuum I’d also like the Dyson wall dock/bracket securely mounted so the vacuum can be stored hanging vertically. I have the Dyson mounting bracket/dock. Please bring a drill, stud/wall scanner and any appropriate screws, anchors or fixings required for both jobs.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to complete a small repair in the ceiling around a recently installed ceiling fan in our master bedroom. As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. The job is to: * Patch/reinstate the plasterboard around the ceiling fan * Tape/set/plaster as required * Sand smooth and flush with the existing ceiling * Leave the repaired area ready for us to prime and paint ourselves * Protect the bedroom/flooring from dust and clean up afterwards Ceiling height is approximately 3.9 metres, so you’ll need to provide your own suitable high ladder/platform/access equipment. The grout on my apartment verandah looks like it has had better days. I would love it to be brought back to life and be regrouted or properly cleaned. There is nothing wrong with the waterproofing or anything major. It is a cosmetic thing.

We are looking for an electrician that can install 6 x power into joinery and 5 power points into plaster wall. All holes are already cut in plaster and joinery. Labour only. Materials are on site. We have installed some new desks into an office and there is existing power from old desks so there is a loop from an existing power point through the joinery already. You will need to. Fit off of power points. Wire 3 loops into existing power points. To liven up. Must have electrical licence. Easy access to job. You can park 10m from the work location. Plenty of parking. No stairs or lifts.

Need to hang a canvas in my living room. The painting isn’t heavy but it will be mounted on drywall.
