Replace pergola polycarbonate roof & add flashing I need the old polycarbonate roof on my pergola removed and replaced with new tinted polycarbonate, including flashing at the house side. Approx. area: • Roof is about 10.75 m wide and existing sheets are 3.1 m long (lean-to off the house). • Existing sheets run up to the house gutter and overhang into the pergola gutter. Work required (single job): • Remove existing polycarbonate roof sheets. • Clean off old sealant from the gutter/fascia. • Take away and dispose of old sheets. • Supply and install tinted corrugated polycarbonate sheets to help reduce heat and glare and minimise condensation. • Supply and install back-channel/apron flashing at the house side so the sheets run up under the flashing (not into the gutter). • Use appropriate fixings, overlaps and foam infills to ensure a neat, weather-tight result. Timing: I’d like a short gap between removal and reinstallation so I can paint the beams/frame in between. Exact timing is flexible and can be coordinated with you. Single story house - Need a conduit ran from a wall fixed nbn port through the roof to the existing port-have been supplied the fibre cable from nbn just need the conduit and the install. Please note I have a lot of other electrical work needed - downlights, fans install, switchboard upgrade- will want a quote on these on successful completion of this task.

Tiles have slipped. Require repositioning and nail down. I have a spare tile. Tiles have been cut to finish to fascia. If you need to cut a tile I have spare. If you need to cut then you require an angle grinder. You require an extension ladder.

I have an Existing Whirlybird and I need that to be either Replaced or Repaired as it makes a lot of noise when its windy and maybe its a simple fix or a complete replacement needed.

We have a screen that is roughly 3 metres wide that needs to be very securely fixed to the ceiling as the screen will be pulled down. The job may require putting additional support in the roof to ensure it is securely fixed.

Flashing to be fitted under existing cladded wall. Length of transverse flashing approx. 5m. Carpenter to make provision for flashing when installing ledger beam. • Colorbond standard facia and guttering 4.8m in length. Colour to be advised. • Existing Colorbond downpipe 100x50 to be replaced. Current downpipe and elbow damaged • New gutter to feed into existing gutter. As shown in East Elevation. New gutter does 90 deg. turn and has a small length of downpipe to feed into existing gutter.

Need to remove and dispose of 300m2 of concrete roof tiles. Scaffolding is provided
