The metal roof leaks due to rust and corrosion

Tiles have slipped. Require repositioning and nail down. I have a spare tile. Tiles have been cut to finish to fascia. If you need to cut a tile I have spare. If you need to cut then you require an angle grinder. You require an extension ladder.

I have an Existing Whirlybird and I need that to be either Replaced or Repaired as it makes a lot of noise when its windy and maybe its a simple fix or a complete replacement needed.

We have a screen that is roughly 3 metres wide that needs to be very securely fixed to the ceiling as the screen will be pulled down. The job may require putting additional support in the roof to ensure it is securely fixed.

Tarp put over rusted flat roof to stop further leaks. I shall provide the trap and not sure how to secure it. It’s a temporary fix as house will be pulled down next year .

The scope and spec for the roof plumbing includes: • The supply and installation of Klip-lok .42bmt roof sheeting, flashing, facia, gutter and downpipe. • Approximately 20m2 of Colorbond roof sheeting (Klip-lok .42bmt) as shown on roof plan. Colour to be advised. 7 Sheets 700wide x 4200 Long • Longitudinal flashing at both ends-4.2m as shown in Detail E S Left hand side of Section B-B. to include flashing into existing gutter. • Transverse notched flashing to suit 40mm Ribs as shown in Detail F . Flashing to be fitted under existing cladded wall. Length of transverse flashing approx. 5m. Carpenter to make provision for flashing when installing ledger beam. • Colorbond standard facia and guttering 4.8m in length. Colour to be advised. • Existing Colorbond downpipe 100x50 to be replaced. Current downpipe and elbow damaged • New gutter to feed into existing gutter. As shown in East Elevation. New gutter does 90 deg. turn and has a small length of downpipe to feed into existing gutter.

Need to remove and dispose of 300m2 of concrete roof tiles. Scaffolding is provided

All roof clean fix tiles and paint. Size 100 sq m. After Christmas - Due date: Flexible

There is some (very minor) build up in some gutters mostly on one side. There was a neighbour tree that was chopped last year which might have resulted in some leaves build up and when it rains the water overflows near the downpipes There is a garage roof access with which you can use a ladder to climb the haeeve roof then on the main roof I think it would be a max 5 minute job once you get on the roof - Due date: Flexible

Gusty winds (or a possum) have moved a couple of tiles on the edge of my house. I need someone to slide them back into place so the roof doesn't leak. The tiles are on the second storey roof (I measured 7m above the ground) but can be accessed without climbing on the roof because they are right on the edge of the roof.
