Just moved into an office in Sydenham & sink needs repair in bathroom (leaking s bend at the connection to the basin) and loose kitchen tap (wobbles). Realise might need to pay for pieces to replace.

I have all the tubing and filtering from the fridge itself, and the fridge is sat next to the sink, which could be accessed thru the cabinetry between quite easily. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024
