Have had a leak in the roof of my office, and the landlord is trying it on with me telling me it’s not the building, it’s another tenants dishwasher. Just need an independent plumber to review and tell me if it’s the tenant above dishwasher, or the building leaking…

Recently moved into a new place. Would like to get the connections added for a dishwasher (which I’ll connect a dishwasher too later). Would also like an expert opinion on the sound of flowing water in the terrace that stops when we turn off the mains water.

Hi there! I’ve purchased a new dual shower head (handheld + overhead) and would like help with installing it. The existing unit will need to be removed. Reposting this from an earlier task as my scope has changed. Looking for a licenced plumber to help me replace shower head and bath and basin taps in my bathroom. I had a plumber come by and inspect my shower head leak, and he indicated it was due to old taps. What I need done specifically: 1) Replace / install shower head 2) Replace / install bath taps - 1/4 turn wall top assembly 3) Replace / install bath set (taps + spout) - 1/4 turn + spout 4) Replace / install 1/4 level sink basin set 5) IF POSSIBLE - the sink just has an open pipe; not sure if you can also install a stopper / plug so it's not just exposed PVC piping (I've had a few things fall down there in the past). I've ordered each of the 4 components and am waiting on delivery. Ideally will arrive next week. Photos attached of current situation / what I'd like replacing.

We have a leaky bathroom basin tap that needs fixing. See photos for the type of taps. It stops when you turn it very tight but hard to turn again. Probably needs washer replacement. This morning would be ideal. Thank you. Louise
