The plug hole has got stuck and I need a plumber to open up the plastic pipes under the sink and push upwards to in stick the plug in bath room basin

Got a sink and a bathtub with malfunctioning plugs. Both are spring loaded and the sink plug blocks water if it’s tightened and the bath plug doesn’t seal properly and leaks water

Reposting this from an earlier task as my scope has changed. Looking for a licenced plumber to help me replace shower head and bath and basin taps in my bathroom. I had a plumber come by and inspect my shower head leak, and he indicated it was due to old taps. What I need done specifically: 1) Replace / install shower head 2) Replace / install bath taps - 1/4 turn wall top assembly 3) Replace / install bath set (taps + spout) - 1/4 turn + spout 4) Replace / install 1/4 level sink basin set 5) IF POSSIBLE - the sink just has an open pipe; not sure if you can also install a stopper / plug so it's not just exposed PVC piping (I've had a few things fall down there in the past). I've ordered each of the 4 components and am waiting on delivery. Ideally will arrive next week. Photos attached of current situation / what I'd like replacing.

Change shower head in apartment, supply and install same style basic shower head

We have had a leak start in our very old plumbing system under our sink. The system is very DIY (was completed prior to our tenancy), and is honestly a mess. There is an old cast iron pipe that has begun leaking - it's been suggested by a plumber that inspected that this would need to be cut at the section and replaced with PvC. There is also the need to repair leaks in other sections of the PvC piping under the sink and ensure that the hot water piping is correct as they indicated issues with this as well. The arrow on the first couple images points to where the leak is occuring.

Electric hot water heater (47L) constantly using ~1KW per hour even when not in use - property uninhabited. Switched HW fuse off at around 12:20am and 95% of energy use dropped. Unsure how old the unit is but maybe needs a service. Projected cost per year is $2.5-3k for a small 47L unit is unacceptable . Property is single level hot water supply only running to bathroom, kitchen/ laundry (all within 5 metres pipeline of each other)from outside kitchen window so likely some heat leak within that container area or just faulty unit. Don’t want to buy new unit just yet to see if old unit can be serviced / it is an issue with heat loss in the pipes (so new unit won’t solve.)

Plumber needed to: 1) Clear blocked kitchen drain (slow/no drainage despite Drano and plunging, P-trap checked and clear) 2) Reconnect disconnected P-trap pipes, replacing degraded rubber washers/seals to fix leaks.

The shower is dripping even when taps are fully closed. I need help fixing it. The leak is slow but the water drip is increasing. Please bring the tools and washers as it might need a replacement. Would love this fixed on the Monday. Surry Hills My budget is $50

We have a leaky bathroom basin tap that needs fixing. See photos for the type of taps. It stops when you turn it very tight but hard to turn again. Probably needs washer replacement. This morning would be ideal. Thank you. Louise

I just need someone to replace my tap fitting. The current one is so low it’s hard to fill water jugs, so I’ve bought a new outlet and just need help with the task of fitting it on. I’ve also bought the thread seal tape. Can provide a car park space within the building so no parking fees required.
