We need inlet and overflow pipework installed for a rainwater water tank.

Just moved into house, the connection to the washing machine hose is not leaking, but I have a leak between the knob when turning on the tap. Potentially can be fixed but it is old so a new tap would also be a possibly?

I need a pump (refer photo) connected to a 5000L water tank. This includes: 1. Digging a trench from the tank to where the pump will be located and install appropriate piping. 2. Install a two-way valve connection from the pump that allows a hose to be connected as well as poly pipe that will be connected to a sprinkler system.
