There is a crack on this toilet seat, and it needs replacing. Whoever is accepted to do this job must come over to see the job, purchase the seat and replace the seat.

Need downpipe fixed at 37 Livingstone Road, Petersham

Drilled through a stud and straight through a water pipe on the other side. Access through the bathroom wall (cut a hole to have a look). Pipe is against the stud. Can open up the wall to access the pipe. Assume cut and crimp - is there room? Need asap as water now turned off. Price is a guess so feel free to quote. dded more pics of the pipe. Not brass but like a hard platic. The pic with writing is of old fittings removed a month ago - but the pipe LOOKS like this.

The pipe at the back of the dishwasher is broken and leaking water.

Looking for a qualified plumber to fix a few issues under our sink: • Leak under the sink. • Dishwasher not draining (needs to be checked/fixed). • Ice machine filling up with water (no pump) – will need to be relocated and pipes run correctly. • All appliances are currently connected to the same plumbing point. The neighbours awning gutter has fall coming to my awning causing my one to rot . I need it replaced and the flow to go back to neighbour where the down pipe is.

Need to fix a clogged drain at a cafe kitchen. Kitchen drain overflowing at times. See pictures attached.

Bosch dishwasher has an e14 error. Looks like a flow meter replacement as all internal areas aren't blocked and water pipes have no kinks etc. Dishwasher in otherwise good condition and regularly cleaned.

I have someone coming to lay a benchtop slab and I need you to disconnect the stove top before he arrives and reconnected after he has laid the slab. I also need you to put in a new sink and tap in the kitchen.

Water pump filter for F&P WH7560J1 is blocked and won't come out.

Our undermount kitchen sink is coming loose from the benchtop. The sealant has failed, and the sink is sagging slightly with visible gaps. We’d like someone experienced to assess and securely reattach it, ensuring it’s properly supported and sealed.

Properly install dishdrawer dishwashers (x2) side-by-side (not double-decker), connect sink plumbing, plus lower waste water pipe exit point reconnecting to existing outside pipes. Picture shows only 1 dishdrawer in place. The S-bend will need to be moved to the right-hand corner cupboard.

Removal of existing 2 x shower silicon seal along base of shower. Reapplication of a new waterproof anti mould silocon seal (eg selleys no mould)

Shower head pictured is leaky with constant dripping from the main head or the handheld shower head and one tap head is very loose. Also bath tap pictured is loose (not leaky though) and keeps coming off. Would like both the bath tap and leaky showerhead to be diagnosed and both the leak and taps fixed for bath and shower.

Dishwasher hasn't emptied. Believe the hose just needs to be cleared.

Need help with 2 tasks. 1. Hook up washing machine to the garage. Nearest tap is 2-3 m away. 2. Hook up bench top dishwasher near the sink (see pictures)

Remove old hot water tank and supply/install new one. Currently a 125ltr. Happy to keep the same or slightly larger. I'm a licensed electrician so can. disconnect and reconnect new one and also drain tank if needed prior to arrival. In Petersham. Old one is working but starting to leak so not urgent but would like to do before completely fails Thanks I put price for Labor costs incase easier for my to supply tank

Hot water tap ( shower ) just keeps on spinning and No water able to be turned on , cold water tap is working
