We have a shower that has been dripping for months. Have been putting it off but have noticed some mould forming on the other side of the wall which is probably related so would like it fixed now. Happy to negotiate price.

Two single free standing vanities to be replaced. Labour only. Must provide plumbing licence. Vanities, mixer taps, counter top sink bowls are all provided. Old vanities to be disposed of. Existing tile splashback may need to be replaced (total of 0.8m2 for both vanities) depending on how high the new vanities sits. We prefer local plumber and would like the job get done asap. Our bathroom tap is dripping and the water comes out in a spray rather than a steady stream. We’re looking for someone to do a general service, which would likely include replacing the washer and the aerator.

We have a laundry area besidethe toilet. We would like to make that area into a shower and move the washing machine / dryer where the fridge currently is. Putting a shower head should ne possible, as there is already a faucet / water source. We are also willing to help move the appliances. Just need someone to install / create a shower area. Removing old tap and replacing with new tap

I have 2 jet sprays ordered off amazon that i need to install in 2 bathrooms. I haven't been able to do it since the water still leaks out quite a lot after I try to secure it. Need helpdoing this

Replace the existing Nylex water hose reeling case with a new one.

Flashing required supply and install to stop leak when water sits. Also requires clearing of existing debris.

- Electric hot water tank only producing warm water in house. - Plumber came to service tank advising nothing was wrong. When the tap on the tank is turned off, tank fills up with hot water. When tap is turned on, water within house is hot, however goes back to warm within a couple of hours. - If tank tap is on, but no water in house is being used - water meter continues running. When tank tap is turned off, meter stops running. - Hot water tank is connected to house directly, running through adjoining terrace wall to first toilet, laundry, bathroom and then kitchen. - No leak / water damage is visible in house / neighbouring house. - Plumber who serviced tank believes there is a leak in the wall somewhere, not visible due walls being tiled etc. After a quote to pin point the location of the leak to determine how to resolve. After non-destructive test to determine location of leak.

Toilet runs after flushing

My toilet is continuing to run water after flushing so doesn’t ever fill the top
