Hi! I need a plumber to unblock a kitchen drain that has a clog past the U-bend, likely in the external or wall pipe. Here’s what has been done so far: • We opened and cleaned the U-bend (not blocked). • Used enzyme cleaner, hot water, bicarb + vinegar — no success. • Tried with a snake but the blockage is too far down to reach. • There is some leaking under the sink now (bucket placed underneath). Hot water not being delivered effectively to sink taps. Showers work fine, however takes a long time for sink taps and only achieves lukewarm temperature for a short time.
