Gave the clean out a plunge, and…. The plunger head fell off and went down too. So you’ll need to retrieve and clean out a few items.

The toilet flush button needs to be replaced, and I need this part sourced. It is connected to the flush so there may be a bit more work or parts needed but I don't think it is a full plumbing job at all.

Recently renovated bathroom. Caulking has come loose in one spot.

We have a small leak at the handle in our bathroom faucet that needs to be fixed. Assume this is due to a faulty gasket though unsure. The leak is a small dribble from the tap above when basin when shutoff.

The washer/seal inside the tap needs to be replaced, so all you need to do is 1st make sure the main water to the apartment is turned off. 2nd- unscrew the middle cap on each tap handle.(usually there is a hot or cold symbol on it. 3rd- remove the handle. 4th- unscrew the steal rod out from the wall and there you will see a washer or seal. Take that to bunnings and they will show you which one to buy. 5th place it all back the same way you took it off.

Mould around the bottom of the shower cubicle needs to be removed. Silicon might need to be reapplied. I'm more concerned about the mould
