Hi, I’m looking to get a couple of plumbing items sorted at my place. 1. Freestanding bathtub – it looks like the tub has shifted away from the drain slightly. It needs to be reconnected properly and secured in place. 2. Washing machine connection – at the moment, the hose is connected to the recycled water tap. I’d like it changed over so it’s connected to the cold water tap instead. There seems to be a small leak when I try to switch it over myself, so I’d appreciate your advice and a proper fix. Could you please let me know a rough quote or what might be involved? I’ve attached a couple of photos of the setup under the bathtub for reference. Thanks very much.

Any food stored in my freezer gets ice build up around it. Freezer has been emptied and set on fridge mode to help defrost Water is pooling under the freezer base panel. Tray at the back of the fridge is dry. Seems to be a drainage issue.

Hi, I need some assistance with my garden tap and water flow. At the moment, I've turned the garden tap off at the source. However, when I turn it back on, water starts running from the backyard tap, even though that tap is fully turned off. Is anyone available to help troubleshoot or take a look? Thanks!
