I need a rather long scratch that runs through a few wooden floorboards fixed. I also need a wooden door sanded back where my cat has scratched it.

Dig 3 metre 300 mm trench ( for conduit) and dig two holes on opposite sides of yards to concrete in pole to pole clothes line. We have 2 bags of quick set and clothes line and mattock. Ground is soft and pavers easy to lift for trench.

The double hung window is currently stuck as the cord has come off the runner. The plate which covers the runner has been painted over so is difficult to remove, but with the right tool is possible. The window cord is in good condition so just needs to be put back on the runner.

Blocked kitchen drain. It eventually drains slowly, but after using the tap for awhile, it filled the sink and stays blocked for awhile. A new U pipe was installed about 3 weeks ago. I think the issue is further down the sink.
