We have a very heavy mirror that we want hung over a fireplace mantle. The bricks are very old and crumbly so would need to ensure it's properly attached to wall so might need some kind of chemical anchors into the masonary

Need help with two small jobs in a Petersham terrace: 1. Install 2x coat hangers: The wall is older masonry (crumbly render over hard brick). I've had some trouble with the material falling away, so looking for someone who can ensure a secure, level mount. 2. Patch & Paint: Repair the small "craters" from my previous mounting attempts. Finish assembling ikea Hemnes daybed - it’s already half done. Base, sides and drawers already assembled as well as most other screws in place. Put up picture on wall - will need a couple of screws into wall. Should be more than 45 minutes work.
