The wooden beads of the window frames on the outside need replacing. Once these are replaced all the external windows frames will need sanding back and resealing. End of crossbar is rotten and latch will no longer hold. Crossbar (see photos) may need replacing or reinforced. Lock is ok but will need to be reinstalled once crossbar is fixed with new screws.
