Find an experienced handyman in North Melbourne

My dimmable fluorescent lamp has died. It made a loud "pop" and both lamps turned off. I've checked both bulbs with a multimeter (following a youtube video) and confirmed both have non-zero ohms i.e. connectivity so am thinking it's more likely the harness. I can't see any obvious blown components on the circuitboard. This is about where my DIY electrical skills end. I'm hoping someone can diagnose and repair the board if this is possible. I was quoted over $200 for a lamp repair. That's multiple amazon lamps lol. So I'm hoping someone can take this on for a more reasonable price and help avoid more landfill. I can provide more details if required. Able to drop off and pick up depending on the agreed price. The job is for a completed repair.

The Roman blind normally pulls up like in first image. When I went to pull it up today, the folds just all fell down (see second image, behind computer). There was a small cord dangling at top, which must link the loops on the back of the blind to the pulley system. It must have broken on both sides at the same time (the blind is about 7 years old). The last photo shows the metal cord which is used to pull the blind up and down. I think it is just the cord that needs fixing, threading through the loops, etc., but I am not confident to do it myself, would prefer someone with experience of blinds.

The car was rear-ended and the rear section has been damaged, as shown in the photos. The trunk lid is slightly deformed with some paint chipped off. I need help installing some curtain rod brackets. My window and the placement of the blinds makes it a bit tricky. The blind roll is at the top of the window frame. I have brick walls so unsure how I can install the brackets. If you have advice on what bracket might work, I can buy it and then you can install! Just the one window in a downstairs bedroom. 2 brackets need to be installed. One on each side to hold up a rod. You will need a ladder as window is high up on the wall

Our wardrobe bracket has come off the wall. It didn’t look like it had very deep screws and was glued in place. My landlord tried to fix the bracket but couldn’t get the drill to work because it is a solid brick wall. We have the new bracket, we just need someone who knows what drill and screws to use to fix the bracket in place.

I have an ikea bedhead that needs affixed to my wall i’ve attached pictures of the bed head itself , the brackets, and it’s been done before at two other properties In this particular room being a warehouse conversion, I believe there are some standard plastered areas and a masonry area of the wall with the whole of it covered in plasterboard , so you would need to take that into account when providing your fixtures, because while I have the brackets you’re the expert and I trust that what you use is best for the job so please be prepared for masonry.
