I was living in a rental and replaced the living room blinds with curtains. Also took the wardrobe doors off. Need to put them back today for end of lease :)

Door not latching properly — needs adjustment/repair One of the bedroom doors doesn’t latch properly when closed. You have to push/slam it quite hard for the latch bolt to catch the strike plate (the silver metal plate on the door frame). The door appears to be misaligned/ tilted?! Maybe the frame has shifted or the hinges need adjusting, causing the latch and strike plate to no longer line up. Looking for someone to assess the cause and fix it, whether that’s adjusting the hinges, repositioning the strike plate. Property is in Fitzroy, Melbourne. Happy to discuss before booking.

We're looking for someone to remove the black privacy screening currently attached to the upper-level windows of our building (see photos). The screening doesn't need to be unscrewed or dismantled. We're happy for it to simply be cut away neatly, leaving a clean and tidy finish. We'll also need all removed material taken away and disposed of at the end of the job. The building is located in Fitzroy, Melbourne. Appropriate equipment (tall ladder) will be required to safely access the windows. The top is about 6m high. Wooden front door needs adjusting to stop scraping on the floor.

We bought curtains from DIY blinds, we have everything needed to get the curtains installed just having trouble (I’m too short), need a handy person to come and finish it tomorrow morning. Need to check the accuracy of the brackets (might need to redrill some?) and click the tracks in

We have a total of 6 doors that need installing. They’re all painted and in the house, we have the hinges and screws etc. one of them is hung but needs a bit of planing and the handle. We’re running out of DIY steam and hoping to get someone skilled in to finish the job. 2 of the 6 are just cupboard doors that need installation and the knobs. Looking for a handyman/carpenter to supply and install wardrobe hanging rails in a rental property. There are 3 wardrobes in total: • 2 wardrobes need a second hanging rail installed so they can be used for double hanging, with one rail at the top and one lower rail. • 1 additional identical wardrobe needs the hanging setup replicated from the example photo, as it is currently missing the rail/hanging configuration shown. Please refer to the photos for the existing wardrobe layouts and the example of the desired finished result. The job is to match the current wardrobes as closely as possible and provide a neat, secure installation suitable for a rental property. Materials are to be supplied by the Airtasker, including any required rails, brackets, fixings, and any other hardware needed to complete the job.

Attach some clothing racks (hung from the ceiling) for retail Pop-Up in Fitzroy. 6-7 racks total - made using steel poles from bunnings. All materials cost will be covered. Hung with metal cable that was attached to an elyelet in the ceiling and then wrapped tightly around the end of each pole - see photo from last store for reference of what it will look like. Installation needs to be Wednesday 13th in the afternoon / evening. Removal may also be needed on Wednesday 20th June 6pm - 9pm

This is a top-hung system (not bottom-rolling), so please read carefully.
