Hi there, I have some steel kitchen benches that I need uninstalled, the feet are drilled into the marble floor and need special help from a builder to get out. Will need to bring own equipment.

I have 3x roller blinds that I need installed to the bay window in my apartment (see photos). Will supply blinds (obviously) and brackets/chain, but don't have the fixing hardware. Width of the side windows is approximately 850mm, middle window is 145mm. Installation is into brick, and it's a long way up - probably around 3m. Rear chimney: Brick chimney with one rectangular opening (needs a suitable vented cap). Caps must be weatherproof and allow ventilation (not fully sealed). We have a very heavy Double-glazed sliding door that has come off its track and seems to have damaged the wheel that sits on the track. The door hangs off a track on top. I think it is just the wheel that is busted/twisted but the door is too heavy for me to get off the track.

Office door latch is not clicking into place when closing. Suspected hinge drop. Door currently needs to be lifted up to lock into latch.

Emergency replacement of back door into house after break in last night

The base of this door catches and scrapes the floor. The base needs to be ground out so the door can open fully without catching.

Need to hang shelf on wall. Will require stud finder and screws. I will provide shelf. I already have one on wall this one will go on top

I have 2 cabinet doors hinges where the door hinge is unhooked, and 1 that needs to be checked. Also to oil the door hinges or 3 room doors that are getting squeaky.
