Hello! I'm looking for someone who can do some semi-related odd jobs: 1. Mounting the suspension rails for IKEA Besta shelves at the correct height into my plasterboard wall/drywall 2. Cut some holes in the pictured standing shelves that line up to power outlets in the wall 3. (Potentially) Cut some extra holes into the pictured shelves and TV cabinet to allow electrical cables connected to the power outlets through CONTEXT: I previously had a go at installing the shelves' suspension rails. The idea is that there should be a row of 5 floating shelves that line up with the standing shelves (see photo). After following the IKEA instructions, though, the shelves were sitting ~1.2cm too low when compared to the top of the standing shelves. I've since bought some legs for the standing shelves to elevate them ~10cm so that there are no overlapping holes in the plasterboard on reinstallation, but I need someone who can correctly measure where the rails should sit so that they'll properly line up with the standing shelves, and install the suspension rails. TIMING: Would like this done on Saturday or Sunday (08/11 or 09/11 mornings) if possible.

Need someone to hang 2 curtain rails, put up a TV mounting plate and hang 5 paintings all will require a hammer drill.

Toilet seat in my new rental was in terrible condition so I bought a new one but the screws the new lid came with don’t fit in the holes of the base. If anyone could please assist with fitting this properly as the seat is wobbly etc, that would be great. Thanks heaps!

I have a first-floor timber awning window that isn’t sealing properly. The left side closes fully, but the right side has a small gap. The paint is flaking and the timber is weathered in places. Ideally: Fix/Service the Winder: Lubricate the winding mechanism. If needed, replace the winder. Repair & Repaint Timber: Remove loose/flaking paint. Sand smooth. Fill cracks or damaged timber (timber bog for deep damage, caulk for small gaps). Prime exposed timber and repaint with exterior-grade paint. Requirements: Must have experience with timber window repair and painting. Please bring your own tools and materials or advise if you need a materials list.

I need help with repairing my towel rail, as the left side of it is barely attached to the wall, so I need help with fixing the hole in the wall too.

We have an events space in Carlton Melbourne where one of our blinds' pulleys has come undone. There is no ladder onsite tall enough to reach the top of the blinds to get the pulley back on. We would likely need a 3M ladder to be brought onsite to reattach and ensure the pulley can be used properly. At the moment the blinds are stuck down as a result of the pulley coming off. left ear is not working properly, there is a crack noise and volume drop and needs to be fixed

The connection to the blinds chord has broke and no I can pull my blinds up. If this is something you think you can fix let me know and what price you’d think is worthy

I need a handyperson to help for 2 hours between 4.30PM and 6.30PM on Sunday 3rd August with trade show pack-down of my stand at Life Instyle gift fair, Royal Exhibition Building Carlton Gardens. Tools provided. Specifics: Un-drill 8 wooden panels from back wall, help to un-assemble wooden bench and side wall, put wooden panels into pallet. Each panel weighs around 5 to 10kg. I will be there to assist.
