Looking for an experienced glazier/shower screen installer The shower door glass panel has shattered and requires replacement. it appears that the bottom fixing bracket (circled in red in the attached photo) has deteriorated due to long-term water exposure. The metal fitting has corroded over time, causing the glass door panel to become unstable and eventually fall and shatter. My preference is to replace the entire shower screen assembly, including: * Shower door panel * Fixed glass panel * All brackets, hinges, fittings and hardware * Supply and installation My budget is flexible Once I receive suitable quotes, I would like the work completed as soon as possible.

Crack in the kitchen has opened up and requires filling/repair. Previous tenant filled void with silicone which will have to be removed prior to plaster. Length of crack is approx 3m. Left over paint available if required to match with exisiting stucco wall.

**What I need:** Fix an internal sliding door that no longer closes fully — it stops about 1–2 cm short of the wall frame on the closing side. **Door type:** Top-hung sliding door (no bottom rail/guide). Two hanger brackets attach the door to a ceiling track via side screws. **Background:** The bracket screws came loose previously and I re-tightened them myself. After re-tightening, the door slides but doesn't reach its original closed position. Lifting while sliding doesn't help. Brackets look level (top gap is even left to right). Track is clear of obstructions. **My guess** (open to your diagnosis): The door may not have been pushed fully up into the bracket housing before being re-screwed, so the door is hanging slightly lower than designed. Screw key safe into wall securely. I can't be sure what's behind the plaster board but sounds like some solid concrete studs at least. It needs to be solid not spaghetti into plaster

Hi there, I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install 10 hand dryers in a building located in Carlton. All units are within the same building, and parking will be provided. Ideally, we’d prefer plug-in installations where possible (if power points are available in the bathrooms). Some bathrooms have tiled walls, you can try to install on wall if its feasible for users. Power point availability may vary between bathrooms—some may already have them - near where you would like to install, others may not. Didn’t get time to check. Once you take on the job, we’d appreciate you assessing on-site and determining the best installation method as required. Please note - most of the bathrooms, plugs available, areas where plugs not available, you need to make new connections. Looking for someone who can complete the job efficiently. Undo both flexible waste connections by hand, undo clips from underneath kitchen sink. Remove kitchen sink out of position. Using reciprocating saw or jigsaw section of cupboard out underneath where mixer tap is. Once removed, reinstall kitchen sink and test for any leaks.

Need a couple holes covered to stop rodent access - will be a quick job, holes are hidden so no preference on how they are filled

Our events space in Carlton have two tall blinds (see attached photos) that have been malfunctioning and are in need of fixing. You will need a 3M tall ladder to reach which we do not have onsite and will need to be supplied by yourself. One of these was fixed previously, and likely will require a spring, but may require other mechanisms to be installed. We have a busy week of events the week of February 2nd and would hope to have these fixed by then. May require an initial site visit, order of parts, and subsequent installation of parts. Airtasker fee is for inclusive of all contracted works, minus the required parts.

Need to install TV on wall, have wall mount ready needed screws to fit that mount to wall and the wall looks like wooden one and front tiles got placed. Need to install either by removing the tile or something directly.
