Walls have metal sheet in them. Cannot use standard drill. Require experience with these type of wall to fix two large 25kg mirrors.

External sliding gate: - Remove current padlock on the outside of the gate (very stuck, requires bolt cutter) - keep current latch where it is - Source and install a new heavy duty latch on the INSIDE of the gate - source padlock that will fit the latch and is suitable for outdoors This job would require an initial visit to look at the gate, buying the products and another visit to install The first 2 photos are on the outside of the gate where the current padlock is. The second 2 photos are on the inside of the gate where the new latch/ lock will go.

Replace 5 x door handles (will need tool to cut larger hole in door) and install sheer s fold curtains to 2 x windows

Climbing Fig creeper has been cut back bc it was too heavy and therefore disattatching fm painted brick fence. I now need for some of the creeper branches to be secured back onto the fence via drilling some U shape saddle brackets (est 2 or maybe 3) into the fence (or if you have some other solution let me know). Please let me know if you can do this job and specify if have the correct drill plus correct bit for drilling into brick (ie presume hammer drill with a masonry bit, but I dk), if you’re supplying brackets (w variety of sizes in hand) or buying them specifically or if you prefer I go out to buy them and if you’ll be using wall plugs for bricks? One side of my Sony Ultwear Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones have snapped. They are designed to snap inwards to take up less space in a bag, but it seems this one side has snapped off/too far. I believe should be an easy fix! Photos attached to give you an idea ☺️

Need wall repairs and painting in my apartment (plaster over brick for most, but some drywall). 4 large holes from a TV bracket, about 15 holes from floating shelf mounts, and a few small screw holes. Some plaster cracking and flaking around the larger holes. Need them filled/cracking repaired. Please include all material in your quote. I will take care of the painting after. I have purchased a water filter https://bwtaustralia.com.au/product-items/bestmax-premium/ With this head unit, https://www.bwt-wam.com/en/products/connection-technology/bwt-besthead/ I’ve connected it with some push fit connectors to step down from 1/2” to 3/8” and back up, but I seem to be getting a leak here where the it steps back up to 1/2. The leak is not as bad as pictured in the photo. I added teflon tape which helps, but there is still a very small leak. I feel as though I’m pretty close, but also happy for someone to overhaul the plastic push fit for braided stainless steel and brass connections which might actually be a better fit.

Kitchen cabinet needs to be repaired 2 x passage door latches to be repaired 1 x passage door not closing easily

Installation of a timber/ glass door c. 2040 x 820 x 34 and installation of the hardware including handles, locks and hinges (which will need rebating). Door will need some minor trimming with a circular saw. Current door to be removed (photo shown of existing timber door).

Install blind to bathroom window

A curtain has come off the roof that it’s screwed to. It will just be a Phillips head screwdriver and probably a very small Allan key on the side to open it up so you can access the screw.
