Let me start by saying that Mihai is an exceptional worker! I checked out his profile info and noticed that he’s skilled in the repair of washing machines, so although I booked him to replace taps, I also asked him to look at my washing machine whilst he was at the property & he didn’t disappoint! He looked at my washing machine and did his best to get it going but in the end the washing machine had died! He replaced my taps with ease and tidied up afterwards! A great handyman that I wouldn’t hesitate to use for other jobs around the house or recommend to family and friends! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hi every one, Behind this ugly gutter pipe which has been used for boxing. (I know) Is 2 PEX pipes which used to supply water to a saniflo toilet in another bedroom. This is a very straight forward job, the silicon seal used to join the gutter pipe to the wall can be cut open with a stanley. The floor boards are easily accessible. All I need is someone to cut the PEX pipe to below floor board level. I assume this joins a copper pipe and cap it permanently ideally solder it to the copper pipe or a realistic and durable solution for capping the PEX pipe if it turns out to be a PEX pipe under the floor board. The pipes are live and have water running through them I can guide you through the valves and can stop the supply for when work is being carried out. This is a quick job so ideally for someone local.
