Just moved to a new flat, doorbell chime seems to have wires cut (please see picture for reference). We need a mechanical wired chime installed instead along with the Simplisafe video doorbell we have purchased, the picture attached is the recommended by Simplisafe which would be purchased for installation. There are three cabinets where the hinges are failing and one where the door has completely fallen off. The wood where it was screwed in has been damaged so it might need to be patched in order to replace the hinge.

Staple small piece of curtains to wood 7. Fix 4 small beadings to the wall And small bits and pieces. Job will take 4-5 hours depending on your skill.
