I'm posting a small job here. One of the windows is not closing properly. I'm fairly sure that a small part of the opening mechanism—possibly a screw—has come loose and fallen off. As a result, the window now hangs slightly downward when opened and cannot be closed properly. I've attached a picture of the opposite window, which is a mirror image of the damaged one. The missing part has come off the upper section of the closing mechanism. It is possible that the upper hinge needs to be replaced.

Hi, were looking for someone to do some maintenance to our office on Tuesday or Wednesday ideally, very straight forward. Main job: - A wooden wall panel has fallen off of this seating space here. Unsure what kind of bracket it is. Needs to be fixed back onto the wall - and all other brackets to be checked for stability. Additional Tasks - Some handles in our kitchen need re fixing - looking to order screws before Tuesday.
