to fix or replace the break system on my roller blind

Extractor fan isn’t working - need to access it but I think it’s in the cavity ceiling unreachable by me on a step ladder. May need replacing entirely.

One of the chords has become a little bit tough to pull and that has resulted in it becoming unsecured on one side at the top of the blind. Blind needs securing at the top and lubricating.

The string has detached. The slats and everything else are fine.

Water drip from inverted T Junction copper pipe. Located under kitchen sink. Very common issue.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.

To fit blinds at my kitchen and living room window, fit shelves inside my pantry cupboard, to put up nets up at 2 bedroom Windows.
