Works need to be done: 1. Replace the old gas hob with a new electric induction hob (needs to be hard wired) 2. Replace the kitchen work tops (need to cut and fit the induction hob & the sink) 3. Replace/ relocate the old sink/ tap fit new and fit a new dishwasher. The pipes and plumbing needs to be moved to the left to make space for the new dishwasher .
