Looking to repair and patch a chipped area around the fireplace surround. The chip is approximately 10cm x 4cm in size and about 2-3cm in depth, it is exposing brick behind, so plaster alone won’t suffice. The area needs repair to ensure it's smooth and ready for flooring installation.

Replacement of wooden floor border and fitting piece of bath panel back on using a white tile. Area was water damaged due to bath leak which has been fixed and dried out now.

I am looking for someone to replace my kitchen sink and tap. Currently there is a metal sink and draining board which I would like to replace with a ceramic equivalent - see example attached. Happy to either buy the sink and tap and just pay for installation, or buy this / similar looking product from the installer. The current sink has the following measurements: Depth 33.5cm Width 36cm Depth of basin 13cm The sink unit including the draining board has the following measurements: Depth 43.5cm Width 86cm The countertop has a depth of 61cm. Most ceramic sinks I have looked at online have a larger measurement, so it may be that some of the worktop (wood) needs cutting out to allow for this. There is also some water-damaged wood behind the sink which I would like to replace and cover with tiles.
