The Garden Shed needs everything taken out, cleaned, the shed needs cleaned and dusted etc inside, then all put back in. There is a shelf that is broken and needs fixed - easy job. The main issue is that a fox or something has broken in at the bottom and it looks like a rat or something has gone in so there are droppings that need to be cleaned but most importantly I need that hole boarded so nothing can get in. The shed is very small, probably 3m x 2m

There is a leak from the bathroom when the smaller shower head is used, this drips through into the lounge. On the ceiling in the lounge there is some damage due to the leak, covering an area of approx 45cm by 15cm. This will probably need to be removed and replastered as there is a protruding area of plaster within the damaged area. Therefore I need the leak stopped/sealed and the ceiling int he lounge below fixed. The ceiling does not need to be painted afterwards, I can do that. The budget figure is negotiable. - Due date: Flexible

The lower hinge is on its last legs and has clearly moved over the years so it actually pushes into hte door itself and we just need it repaired so that it opens smoothly and the door won't fall off. Ideally we would also like 4 toilet seats removed and replaced (I have the new seats but am struggling to do it because of back). the priority is the door repair though. Timing can be flexible - firday 15th or Monday/Tuesday next week all fine. Thanks
