The redecorating job is to repaint the interior of a 3 bed 3 bath town house, 1482 sqft. Standard celing height except one hallway and bedoroom is 11ft. preparation including filling and sanding where required to ensure smooth finish. 2 coats of emulsion on walls and ceilings (white ceilings, various wall colours), 2 coats dulux satinwood on all internal wood surfaces in 3 bathrooms, 8 internal doors, 5 glazed wooden frames & all skirtings & radiators. External 5 glazed units need repairs to rotten wood and repainting. Install a hardwood ceiling finishing threshhold 30cm wide and 3m long in the dining room next to a new skylight (see photo) . Dining room engineered floor (12ftx7ft) requires light sanding and restaining, living room floor (softwood planks) has gaps need to be closed (perhaps using suction pads to shift the floor planks) . Lift and replace 2m2 floor tiles from one bathroom (2 tiles are cracked and if airtasker can repair this will avoid full floor tile replacement), regrout 2 bathroom floors each of 2m2, replace 3 toilet seats, tighten (not replace) any lose door handles and towel rails, fix one toilet flush handle currently disconnected from cistern (easy access), replace 3 pull cords, replace shower door rubber seal strip, replace kitchen cupboard and drawer shaker style handles with new handles (same size), replace glazing on 2 small bathroom cabinet doors, replace 14 existing wall lights with new standard wiring wall light fittings. Replace 8 halogen spotlights in a cabinet with LED spotlights. Check and replace flickering/fuses bulbs internally and externally, hang three pairs of curtains, remove 2 ventian blinds and fit two new cloth blinds, assemble one flatpack sideboard, one tv consol and one hallway table. Fittings supplied, floor & carpet/surface coverings required to protect surfaces. Interior of house including windows internal & external cleaned prior to completion. External decking to be cleaned. All waste to be removed from site

Need 4 door knobs installed on internal doors. The old handles/knobs have already been removed, so it’s just fitting the new ones. Looking for someone with experience in fitting door hardware/tools included. Please message with availability and quote

My landlady bought a velux blind for the skylight in my bedroom. She told me to install it myself but I've tried now (with a screwdriver, electric screwdriver etc.) and can't figure it out.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.

To fit blinds at my kitchen and living room window, fit shelves inside my pantry cupboard, to put up nets up at 2 bedroom Windows.
