You need to open and place back wire around gasket of the washing machine, see photo enclosed. It's a 5 mins job that can be done with a couple of pliers/screwdrivers. Not sure why/how it got off so if you have time you should also test the machine spinning to make sure it's holding in place.

We have a sage barista touch machine in good condition. Problem is we have a water tank that has algae in it that's difficult to clean, and it keeps coming back, despite there being no sunlight. It might require a deep clean as algae might be in the pipes.
