If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and took advantage of the fact I had to leave to play tennis with my son and he was left with my mum who doesn’t speak a word of English. He tricked my mum by opening the other sink tap and said the bathtub wasn’t leaking anymore. Not on the didn’t replace the cartridge which caused the leak, he simply tightened the tap, which I had already done and left the red ring on the bathtub, he forgot to put it back on. The tap is not even straight and it is leaking even more.. I wonder how someone so unprofessional and incompetent could even work as a plumber deceiving people. I called him few times and texted him and of course he isn’t replying. Martin the least you could do is to come back and fix the leak permanently, what do you think?
