Job to be done: - Replace mouldy silicone sealant around the shower (possible condensation under the tray → may need a **small air vent**). - Outside the window: remove mould and replace the white wooden plinth/skirting in the corner. - Replace the plastic seal on the shower door to stop water leaking. - Remove limescale around the shower tray (DIY attempt didn’t fully work). - Fix cabinet door: replace faulty hinge causing clicking/resistance, then repair the small thermofoil tear or replacement - Scrape back and repaint peeling ceiling paint just above the shower Please bring your own tools.
