Because I am no longer at the property, I need someone who can supply their own budget materials/fillers and handle the job independently. The job consists of the following tasks: Wall & Hole Repairs: Repair approx. 15 small screw holes (fill and sand) and approx. 15 spots where adhesive hooks peeled the paint (fill and sand smooth). Soot / Heat Stain Repair: Wipe down and paint over a small area of soot staining on a wall. Requires a quick coat of stain-blocking primer so it doesn't bleed through the touch-up paint. Door Repair: Remove a small metal bracket latch from a painted door. Fill and sand the remaining screw holes. Window Sill Burn: Repair a small burn mark on a painted wooden window sill (needs wood filler, sanding, and touch-up paint). Laminate Floor Repair: Touch up a small surface burn mark on laminate flooring using a hard wax or resin floor repair kit. Materials: Please include the cost of basic fillers, sandpaper, a small amount of stain-blocking primer, and the paint. Looking for a neat, flat-rate, budget-friendly finish. The paint is egg-shell white.

The previous tenants left the front yard in a real mess, with rubbish on the ground, old buckets, food bins and general waste, dirty and damaged electrical boxes, and weeds coming through. I'd like it fully cleared and refreshed. FRONT YARD (approx. 1 day): 1) Remove and dispose of all waste, including rubbish, old buckets, food bins and the existing bins plus their contents (van/truck likely needed). 2) Pull out all weeds. 3) Clean, sanitise and jet wash the whole area. 4) Sand and repaint the electrical boxes and fit new doors. 5) Sand and repaint the front wall, window sill and window frames. 6) Build a bespoke bin store with a waterproof pull-up/pull-down shutter (like a roller blind) sitting just under the top, so the bins are covered but easy to get to. BACK YARD (approx. 30 mins): Pull out weeds and jet wash. MATERIALS & SITE VISIT: I'll need help sourcing the materials for the bin shutter and the electrical box doors, so ideally you can both find and fit these. I have a round shower plate ruined by chemicals. (see attached picture). I need to have self adhesive vinyl fitted on top (I have that vinyl, as per second picture). The shower controls (lever in the centre) cannot be removed however, so the vinyl needs to be cut around those controls.

I’m looking for a plumber to repair my kitchen sink waste pipe. The existing P-trap/U-bend has come apart and I haven’t been able to refit it correctly. I purchased what I thought was the correct replacement, but it appears the fittings/washers aren’t compatible with my existing pipework. Job required: * Assess the current waste pipe setup. * Supply any correct fittings/washers if needed. * Replace and fit a new P-trap/U-bend. * Ensure all joints are watertight and test for leaks before leaving. The sink is currently unusable as the waste pipe has come apart (see photos). Before the task, I need whoever is interested to survey the area and discuss the task once to ensure we're all clear on the task needed to be done. I have an old 6x4 garden shed base surrounded by artificial turf. I need the base removed and I need to replace it with a 10x4 garden shed base. I want the ground levelled and a weed membrane put down before putting in the 10x4 base. I then want a Power shed of 10x4 installed. I'm getting a wooden base with stakes with the shed. The distance between the fence and the garden boundary is 4*, so it may require some moving the wooden boundary a ft or so in to make space for putting in the shed. I've removed the base in the picture now.

I’m looking for a plumber to attend and investigate a drainage issue in my kitchen. The problem started while the water from the washing machine start to back up into the kitchen sink, and the sink is now draining very slowly / has become blocked. The washing machine and kitchen sink share a common waste pipe, so there may be a blockage further down the drainage line.
