Needing to stick Acrylic Mirror sheets to gym wall using tape and mirror glue (no nails, screws or invasive tools permitted due to Grade 2 listed property). There are around 10 sheets and they are quite wobbly and heavy. Expertise with this and careful handling needed and recommend two people needed for the job. No parking on premises unfortunately.

I have a blocked kitchen sink. When the washing machine was running this morning, the kitchen sink filled up almost to the brim with waste water when the washing machine was discharging waste water. This is a re-occurring issue. Over the last two months I had two drainage companies come round to thoroughly unblock my sink yet the problem keeps returning.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

One of the chords of my blinds is fraying. They are not nylon. Might be cotton? Needs repairing. The remaining 3 blinds require inspection and repair as required.

The wall is already painted, so the job includes both filling and repainting.
