Plasterboard ceiling with cornices Dimensions: 3.5x5.5m Wooden beams already in place so can be easily attached

I need two oak shelves (heavy) installed somewhere in my house. They have pre drilled holes and threaded rods supplied but one of the holes on each shelf probably needs re doing as they are 600 apart. (To be 450 probably). Need to be glued in as well as the rod, I have some instructions that came with the shelves.

I have single garage need to plaster the roof rhe dimensions 7 meters long × 4 meters wide

Need a part of the ceiling patched after getting some plumbing fixed. Hole is approx 40cm x 30cm

Need plasterboard Ceiling and corice trims installed to garage. Must be qualified plasterer Approx 10m x 3m

Patch a hole roughly 350x350 and roughly 700x1800 so furring channel will be needed and plaster and base and top coat ready for paint by others. 3m ceilings plenty of room and 13mm plaster

There are two walls that have been partially removed, and a fireplace removed, and new door created through a wall, plastering over an old hearth (which will be removed from the outside). All need plastering - it’s a 100 year old house, old style plastering is there currently. The new plaster MUST blend in.

Need small section of plaster patched and ready for paint. See photo, only need highlighted area repaired, remainder will be hidden by cabinetry.

We're having an air-conditioner removed and we'll need the plaster replaced. The air-conditioner dimensions are approximately 65cm x 42cm. You will need to supply the plaster, filler etc.

Plaster needs repairing (possibly replacing) in bedroom walls and ceiling. Budget flexible as I don’t know the extent of works required to fix this bedroom. We have removed cornicing and there is a large gap now between the wall and ceiling. Needs to be rectified ASAP 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Repairs to the rendering at the front of our house preparing it for paint. Repairs include sanding back a dodgy patch-up job, and removing plugs/screws where things have been previously attached to rendering. Budget is flexible as I’m unsure of what is involved in this work.

I need 2 steel beams to be boxed off so that they can be plastered. I also need existing beam to be extended before plastering.

Few varied jobs needed. Mostly looking for plasterer who does clean work and can leave paintable surfaces for me that are free of awful visible plaster lines. 1) Re-plastering of a roof, roof is currently spackled with some cracks. Open to suggestion for best way to manage a nice looking new roof (even if it needs to be a "false roof" on top of what's already there) 2) Adding new ceiling cornices after taking down old ones. 3) Filling in a kitchen/dinning "pass through" window visible in picture 4) Creating a new door + filling in the old door space to a bedroom. Please note that it's a double brick home, will likely have brick half way up the inside of the wall where the new door will need appropriate tools. Open to quotes for specific jobs in the list or to handle the whole lot. Qualified and able to demonstrate some previous work that you have completed please. Will not be considered otherwise

The job is just one bedroom wall - it previously had a fake fireplace fitted which I've removed, however there is a missing section in the plasterboard where a gas heater was once installed. This section needs patching, along with a small hole next to it and another section where the former owners had an old air conditioning unit. This was removed but patched quite badly - this needs redoing as well. Photo is attached. Hoping to get the job done by Good Friday.
