Showers and sinks are draining slowly, most likely due to hair clogs. Need a plumber to investigate and help to unblock.

The toilet seat is broken, needs repair. Please refer the the attached photos!

I just need someone to un tighten the old water inlet hose and replace it with the new one i bought.

Relocate hot water tank down to ground level per photo, including pipe connections. I will arrange for another person to be there same time to remove all the soil/concrete beneath. There is already a concrete plate beneath hot water tank that can be reused. *Licensed plumbers only*

A valve in the in-wall cistern could be damaged. Water keeps flowing down from the cistern down to the toilet. The cistern is behind a cabinet. The toilet needs to be pulled forward before the cabinet can be swung open to reach the cistern. - Due date: Flexible

I’m looking for a plumber for a very basic job. I can do this myself however I want a professional to look over things and make sure I haven’t screwed anything up. I've recently bought an inflatable ice bath with pump/chiller for my balcony. There’s a power source on the balcony however no water outlet so I have to run a hose from my washing machine outlet, through my flat to the balcony. Ive been to Bunnings, bought a 2-way adaptor, fitted that to the water source above the washing machine and aim to have 1 hose for the washing machine and another for the hose, that'll lead to my balcony. Given the hose will run through my apartment I want someone to; • Check over the connections on the tub and chiller • Double check I’ve bought the correct adaptor (with seals) • Double check I’ve the correct hose / nozzle etc • If I need anything else, do a run to Bunnings for me (Alexandria) and grab what’s needed. • Generally look over everything.. As said this is really easy but given it’s a strata apartment that I rent, I don’t want to get in the tub, or leave for work to come back to find somethings leaked through the living room or kitchen and theres flooding. This will likely be needed this Monday or Tuesday coming (15th/16th Jan), subject to it being delivered on time. Nick. Hello, I have a 5 year old LG washing machine. Very small part of rubber seal is brokem and need help fixing it. I saw many DIY videos that items can be bought from bunnings and get it fixed, but have no time. I'm not looking to by a new seal.as this can be fixed. Samsung provided a 20mm faucet connector but ours is 15mm so I bought a reducer from bunnings and tried to put it on. It does fit but there is small water leakage even if I try with water tape on.
